I am completely obsessed with the Argentine Tango and looking for other artists who could feel likewise.

Hi, I probably won't be painting for quite a while...my new passion is learning to dance the Argentine Tango. And I have plane tickets to Mexico next month. I am still teaching some oil painting though. ...but mostly preparing supports for painting when I get to Mexico or return to Phila. in the Spring. Life is tough but somebody has got to do it.

While touring a Salvador Dali exhibit, I came across a page of his work that he had done while in High School..it was a collection of stick figures showing their gestures and some were very sophisitcated in that they showed a very close attention to the 'humanity' of the gesture...very advanced and sensitive...I was soooo impressed by it that I focused intensly on one particular series and was sucked into the mind of the artist as the observation of the gesture happened..I became one with the mind of the artist, the observer, the drawer of the gesture!!...I realized, in a flash, that there is only one artist and that we can access that mind... that consciousness!.. there is only one artist and you can go there when you want. One mind, One Artist...no seperation, no distance...ONE!
It is not that Matisse is an artist and you are not..it is that Matisse often went there...to visit that one mind of the artist...and you can, too...
